We guarantee that our content will be 100% jargon-free.

Though giving students, teachers, parents, administrators, etc. a hard time is part of our mission, we will try to avoid whining while we do it.

There will be no references to "new" concerns like the limits of multiple choice testing.

Articles will not presuppose that the author has all the answers and you are a lost sheep in the vast educational pasture (we will also discourage useless metaphors).

With our new expanded format, we ask members to be responsible in their posting of comments, pictures and video clips. See the Ning "Terms of Use" guidelines for more on that, but video clips and pictures should not involve students without prior consent, and they should be relevant to the wide world of education and the lives of teachers. Similarly, comments may be critical and funny, but should stop short of insulting writers or readers and should avoid libeling students, teachers and community members.
